Caplor Farm Vegeterian - rice, fresh red peppers*, baby corgettes*, cauliflower*, garden peas, flavoured with saffron, sweet paprika, vegetable stock* and a pinch of salt. Suitable for vegeterians and vegans.
Chicken and chorizo - rice with sliced dark chicken meat (for more flavour), freshly sliced chorizo, red peppers* and garden peas, flavoured with saffron, sweet paprika, vegetable stock* and a pinch of salt
Seafood - rice with fresh mussels, king prawns (served in their shells for more flavour), calimari, red peppers* and garden peas, flavoured with saffron, sweet paprika, vegetable stock* and a pinch of salt

Cold Drinks - a wide range of sodas, still & sparking mineral water, juices and premium organic drinks. Prices range from £1.00 to £1.50
Fairtrade tea and coffee - served in 12oz double wall paper cups with fresh local milk £1 each

* indicates ingredients grown by Caplor Farm - a small holding on the outskirts of Hereford where veg is grown without the use of pesticides or fertiliser.

All our dishes are free from nuts or wheat and so are suitable for Celiacs. They are all made freshly on site and we don't use any GM products or any artificial flavouring, colourings or preservatives.

Meals are served in generous portions (at least 500g) in our 16oz cardboard bowls. Free wooden forks are also provided.

We would love to provide nice wooden chairs and tables providing there is space available

Half size / half price childrens meals are available on request

Prices are standard for public events in 2008 but maybe subject to change depending on concession arrangements
